An opportunity has arisen to join our well-established property business that’s been in operation for 22 years, offering a wide range of services including property management and maintenance across the Kyrenia region. From vacant properties to holiday villas, we offer basic to comprehensive management services, as well as pool and garden maintenance, repairs, insurance and general maintenance under the umbrella of Property Management.
Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for a Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an abundance of energy, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times and has a diverse skill-set, with the ability to think on their feet, prioritise and multi-task, while always making sure to put our clients first. The job will require driving to our properties, therefore a valid driver’s licence will be required, as well as the ability to speak and write English and be able to speak and understand Turkish.
Duties
Overseeing day-to-day management and maintenance
Onboarding new clients and scheduling with appropriate teams
Assisting clients with repair and maintenance requests - finding, presenting, delivering solutions
Liaising and coordinating with the maintenance teams and contractors
Managing routine inspections and reporting issues
Assisting in billing and account management
Handling client relationship management and cross-selling services
Overseeing maintenance jobs; managing contractors and reporting to home owners
Liaising with existing tenants and holiday makers; assisting with their queries
Answering calls and messages, managing email communication, and preparing formal documents as and when required
Ad hoc administrative duties
Desirable Skills
Valid TRNC driver’s licence
Excellent communication and writing skills in English - spoken Turkish is required
Familiarity with MS Office and Google Office Suite
Thorough understanding and experience in various property management and rental platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills – good communication between departments, home owners, tenants and holiday makers is essential
Highly organised with the ability to take instructions and organise others
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
Problem-solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
Focused, motivated and positive personality
Previous property management experience desired but not essential
