An opportunity to join a thriving well-established small business operating in the growing property sector! We are looking for an energetic and highly organised team player with an interest in marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have to have the ability to prioritise and multi-task, while always making sure to put our clients first. While experience is a bonus, there would be on-the-job training and support for the right candidate. 


  • Creating content and promoting our services

  • Creating and managing content for various online and offline marketing channels including the company website and social media channels

  • Creating property listings 

  • Working with developers and sellers to grow our portfolio

  • Office presence and database management

  • A natural communicator; comfortable assisting customers with enquiries when needed

  • Support of Sales, Rentals and Property Management teams

  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Desirable Skills:

  • Thorough understanding and experience in various marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, and property related platforms

  • Fluent in English and Turkish; both written and spoken

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading ability with high attention to detail

  • Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

  • Creative mind with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Superior customer service focus

  • Focused, motivated and positive personality

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

  • The ability to work as part of a team while also using own initiative

  • Previous property or marketing experience desired but not essential

  • On the job training provided
