Duties
Creating content and promoting our services
Creating and managing content for various online and offline marketing channels including the company website and social media channels
Creating property listings
Working with developers and sellers to grow our portfolio
Office presence and database management
A natural communicator; comfortable assisting customers with enquiries when needed
Support of Sales, Rentals and Property Management teams
Ad hoc administrative duties
Desirable Skills:
Thorough understanding and experience in various marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, and property related platforms
Fluent in English and Turkish; both written and spoken
Strong copywriting and proofreading ability with high attention to detail
Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
Creative mind with strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Superior customer service focus
Focused, motivated and positive personality
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
The ability to work as part of a team while also using own initiative
Previous property or marketing experience desired but not essential
