Northern Cyprus is one of the last remaining jewels of the Mediterranean - peace and tranquillity are the order of the day - beauty surrounds you at every turn - the mountains are majestic - the beaches and rocky bays almost uninhabited - the azure sea, warm and inviting - the local population, welcoming and friendly.  Springtime offers an abundance of flowers carpeting the island - Summer days are long, hot and balmy - Autumn brings the migrating birds - a bird watchers paradise - Winter, still warm during the day, but signs of Spring are soon on the way.

     

Eating out is a delight offering a wide range from local Turkish cuisine, to multi-cultural and excellent European Restaurants.  often accompanied by the famous Brandy Sours - a Gourmets paradise.  The many and varied castles, palaces and antiquities reflect the turbulent history of this beautiful island - but now peace reigns - you will be forgiven for thinking you have stepped back in time - for indeed you have.

The local currency is Turkish Lira with its very advantageous exchange rate against sterling.   The Cost of Living here is much lower than in the UK making North Cyprus a very inexpensive holiday destination.

Entertainment and food and drink are much cheaper here than most holiday areas.
